Rates & Rebates

Refresh Counselling is able to accept both private paying and NDIS clients at this time.

Private Health Insurance

At Refresh Counselling we can support you through private health insurance under the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG). This includes;

  • AIA
  • CUA Health (Telehealth services only)
  • Emergency Services Health
  • GMHBA
  • Police Health Fund
  • Phoenix Health
  • St Luke’s Health
  • Teachers Union Health
  • Westfund

Please contact your private health insurance provider/review your policy for rebate.

NDIS

At Refresh Counselling we can support you through the NDIS by using the items and codes listed below.

  • Early Childhood Supports (Children under 7) – Counsellor – 15_606_0118_1_3.
  • Assessment Recommendation, Therapy, or Training – Counsellor – 15_043_0128_1_3.

Whilst the NDIS has recommended the hourly price of $156.16, we do not charge this and our pricing structure is listed below.

Counselling Session Structure

Our standard counselling sessions are one hour. Exposure therapy and behavioural modification session times may vary based on the location and intensity required (this will be discussed with you prior).

Counselling Fee’s

  • Standard Session – $110
  • Exposure Therapy – $110 + $25 for every 15 minutes after standard session.
  • Behavioural Modification – $110 + $25 for every 15 minutes after standard session.

Travel charge may apply to counselling sessions organised outside of 25km operating radius. This will be discussed with you prior to commencement of sessions.
